Shortlisted in Belfast Business Awards 2021

We are delighted to be shortlisted in this year’s Belfast Business Awards for Customer Service Excellence and Family Business of the Year.

This year has been tough for all businesses across Northern Ireland and our teams have been working extremely hard throughout the COVID-19 pandemic to provide customers with the same great service they would expect. With many having to change to a remote way of working, consistency in customer service levels was key. Our employee’s upheld our excellent standards and these awards showcase all of their hard work.

Adapting to offer our customers more flexibility when it came to their telecoms packages was crucial. Working together with the UK’s major network’s and telecoms providers, we were able to develop a range of flexible offers to ensure customers could remain agile.

We are incredibly grateful to all our customers and staff who have remained loyal throughout what was a difficult year for business.
