No Data Charges for Track & Trace

O2 customers won’t incur any data charges when using the functions within the NHSx Test and Trace app

On Thursday 24 September, NHSx rolls out its new app for Test and Trace in England and Wales.

O2 has been supporting and delivering digital solutions for communities, individuals and businesses throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Technology is playing a critical role in helping people stay safe, and we’re glad to be supporting our customers by zero-rating data usage within the app. This means all in-app activity won’t come out of the customers’ data allowance.

more than 30 sites can now be browsed from an O2 phone without using any data allowance.
You can see all 34 sites online at https://www.o2.co.uk/covid-19#what-support-services-are-free-to-access-on-o2.
