Job Specification

Responsibilities will include:

  • To understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customers, product goals, and all other aspects of the business.
  • Rotate through our divisions of responsibility and provide ideas to grow and improve the business.
  • Accept designated business-focused projects to research propose ideas and solutions and present a final project during the internship.
  • Engage with customers or clients and provide service and or sales.
  • Provide front-of-house support to engage with customers.
  • Learn and become proficient in internal systems and processes.
  • Data entry, retrieval, and maintenance
  • Completing administrative duties for each department
  • Compiling reports for various departments
  • Speaking with clients to help resolve issues and answer queries.
  • Maintaining an excellent, up‐to‐date knowledge of our own products and services to best advise our customers in a professional, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
  • Development of best practices for leading successful campaigns and maintaining healthy competition.
  • Ensure that all KPI’s and deadlines are met and adhered to.
  • Deliver outstanding levels of customer service in line with the company vision.
