1. All prices are excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated.
2. Quotes are valid for 7 days only unless stated on your quote.
3. Support requests should only be logged by phone and email. Text messages will not be accepted.
4. Barclay Communications reserve the right to refuse to work on your site, this may be due to hardware/software stability or any other reason.
5. We reserve the right to not support customers Proprietary software.
6. Barclay Communications provide remote connectivity services for all customers. All non essential firewall ports including RDP "3389" should be locked as recommended by Barclay Communications. Leaving these ports open is at the customers own risk. Barclay Communications will recommend equipment if your firewall is not sufficient.
7. Barclay Communications will support Genuine Microsoft Products only.
8. Barclay Communications will not support counterfeit software.
9. Barclay Communications reserve the right to not support Microsoft software that is outside Microsoft's mainstream support.
10. Barclay Communications only support 3rd party software distributions that are in mainstream support.
11. Barclay Communication's reserves the right to not support Linux Distributions.
12. All BES (Blackberry Express, Blackberry Enterprise) Support Contracts are only available for a minimum of 5 handsets and are based on an annual contract.
13. The removal of malware/spyware/viruses or other malicious software is not included in Barclay Communications I.T. Contracts, and will be quoted for separately.
14. All "workgroup based" computer systems or non "domain level" computer systems are not included within All-Inclusive Contracts, Installation/Configuration for these machines will be quoted for separately.
15. All material, hardware and software not supplied by Barclay Communications will be quoted for separately and reviewed at contract renewal dates.
16. All customer contracts that are not renewed at time of renewal will be transferred to our pay as you go rates.
17. The acceptance of a proposal either verbally or in writing shall be deemed as a contractual agreement between the client and Barclay Communications.
18. Barclay Communications require "purchase order" numbers or "references" from all customers for all purchases.
19. At project acceptance Barclay Communications can provide an estimated completion date, however we cannot guarantee this date as a final completion date.
20. A deposit of no less than 50% of the total quoted price must be provided before project commencement, unless other arrangements have been made and signed off by both parties.
21. Barclay Communications reserve the right to alter our prices at any time without prior notice. If a quote at an original price has been made it will be valid for 7 days and subsequently during the life of the current commission, however additional work may be charged for using the new pricing structure.
22. Clients services that are hosted and controlled by Barclay Communications or our partners must be paid in the agreed time frame. Barclay Communications reserve the right to remove such services at any time until the invoice is paid in full. These services include “Domain Names”, Web Hosting and Hosted Email Services.
23. All material, hardware and software, supplied by Barclay Communications will remain the property of Barclay Communications until paid for in full.
24. For security reasons we do not provide any client or 3rd parties with server or remote access to your sites - please contact our IT services department in writing for explicit permission for 3rd parties.
25. You may cancel you contract with Barclay Communications by supplying 1 months written notice. You will be charged for any outstanding work prior to your contract being terminated.
26. Barclay Communications may terminate your contract by also supplying you with 1 months written notice.
27. Barclay Communications may update terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. You should check these regularly on our website www.barclaycomms.com.
