Enhanced Care Service
What is Barclay Broadband Enhanced Care?
Enhanced Care is a chargeable support service for business broadband clients. Enhanced Care makes any Broadband faults you may encounter the priority of our support team. They aim to respond to broadband faults within 2 working hours and to resolve them within 24 hours (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm). This includes out-of-hours repair work, where appropriate.
Who is Barclay Broadband Enhanced Care designed for?
Enhanced Care is designed for businesses for whom broadband is vital. If your business would be seriously impacted by a broadband fault, you should consider our Enhanced Care Service.
How much does Barclay Broadband Enhanced Care cost?
Enhanced Care costs £10 per month, (ex VAT). This is charged on top of your broadband subscription and will appear as a separate charge on your bill. BT's Premimum Care Service is £17 per month.
