We analyse your bills and put you on a tariff that suits your business usage. We also monitor your usage on an ongoing basis to ensure that you get the best deal for your business.
Q: I am tied into another contract and its costing me a lot – can you still help me?
A: Of course, we may still be able to help. Contact our Telesales department and speak to John Roulston (Tel: 028 9096 0366) to determine the best possible outcome. The least we will be able to do is review your account and hopefully decrease the amount you are paying.
Q: I hate dealing with call centres and sitting on hold for ages – will this happen if I sign up with Barclay Communications?
A: No. You will be put through to a Customer Services advisor straight away. You can also use the Live Person web messaging facility on our web site and speak to an Advisor directly.
Q: What happens if my phone breaks?
A: You can contact our office directly by phone or by using the Live Person messaging facility on our web site. A team member will then contact the network for a replacement handset. If your phone is out of warranty we can arrange for it to be repaired or replaced if you have a hardware credit on your account.
Q: If our business expands and we need more phones how does this affect our contract?
A: If you need additional phone accounts set up, your dedicated Account Manager will review your tariff and advise on how best to utilise the tariff to keep your bills as low as possible. Additional handsets can be provided along with your revised tariff.
Q: Can we choose our own handsets?
A: Yes, customers can choose handsets dependent on tariff and usage. Your dedicated Account Manager will update you on all handsets available to best suit your business needs.

Q: What is fleet management/vehicle tracking?

Vehicle Tracking System is an electronic device installed in a vehicle to enable the owner to track the vehicle's location. A: Yes, we supply and fit all types of genuine carkits, we also offer a full installation service for those customers who have a product or carkit that they require to be installed with-in their vehicle(s).
Q: Are your installers accredited or approved?
A: Yes, our Nokia Accredited Carkit Installers are network approved as well as approved to install Vehicle tracking/Fleet management systems. The Installers work to the MPT 1362 standards and receive regular on site audits to assure the customer’s products are installed to the highest standards as set by the FCS/MPT.
Q: How do I add my ten free landlines?
